Elfatih Wadidi (Sudapet, Sponsor and Paper Presenter)

Dear selective guests,

Today, I’m privileged and honored to address this closing event. But first of all I would like to take the advantage of this opportunity to express on behave of Sudapet top management our deep thanks to the steering committee for organizing this important workshop and given us an opportunity in the participation. This workshop provides us with a very uses full platform to exchange information, ideas, experiences and lessons learned in the knowledge management. Involving Sudapet in such a huge KM event will definitely enrich our experience very much. We witnessed top class efforts in transforming the obstacles into clean success. By assembling all those experts and participants together, we paced the first step in a million miles KM trip towards achieving our goals in spreading and disseminating the KM concepts and looking forward towards adopting the KM in all the Sudanese governmental and private organizations and institutions. Without the collaboration and participations from our guests from outside Sudan, this event could never be as successful as further actions in Sudan and collaboratively with other countries’ initiatives in this era. Also you proved the great love you have in your hearts for our beloved country “Sudan”. In the old days Mahatma Gandhi said “We need to be the change we wish to see in the world”, so we appreciate your efforts, your values in change and your inputs in KM booming so may Allah bless you all and help to keep in showing such recognized initiatives. We hope to see the KM activities within different disciplines besides being a part of national strategic plan.

نحن فخورون جداً بمشاركة جميع الاخوة المنظمين للمؤتمر،

و سعياً منا لاخراج الملتقي بالصورة المُثلي ، نشارككم رؤيتنا التقيمية للمؤتمر ..

التي تأتي في الاطار التقني بإعتبار مجال التخصص ،، اذ كنا نتمنى اثراء المحتوى المعرفي عبر توثيق المؤتمر بشكل مرئي .. في سبيل استخلاص اكبر قدر من المعرفة ، وبثها بالجودة المطلوبة ، مستصحبين في ذلك اجواء الحدث ، والذي يعد من التجارب التي تستحق التوثيق والنشر

ما زلنا في شركة اورنج الهندسية مستعدون للمساعدة والمشاركة علي المحور التقني من منتجاتنا البرمجية علي شبكة الانترنت والهواتف الذكية لاخراج مواد ملتقى إدارة المعرفة بالصورة الامثل .

وفي اطار اهتمامنا بنشر المعرفة  ، شاركنا ب حدث "تيد أكس بورتسودان" القادم الذي يسلط الضُوء علي التعليم وترقية الاوعية المعرفية ورفع القدرات .

وسوف نكون سعداء جداً بمشاركتكم في نشر إدارة المعرفة بصورة تُتيح لهذا البلد أن يرتقي لِصفوة الدول المتحضرة.

"بالنسبة لي كانت KMCA فرصة طيبة وكبيرة، كانت بحق بيئة مناسبة خلقت شبكة فعالة  مكنت من خلق وبث وتفعيل إدارة المعرفة ونشر ثقافتها. في أحايين كثيرة الوسائط الجيدة هي الدافع الحقيقي المحفز للإبداع والإبتكار أعتقد بشكل كبير أنه لولاJournal of Bell Systems  لما كانت الـ Information Theory  لـ Shannon  في عام 1948. وكذا KMCA لكثير من الأوراق المقدمة فيها (على المستوى الشخصي لولا هذه الورشة لما أقدمت على كتابة الورقة التي قدمتها.

الورشة أثبتت أن لدينا طيف واسع من الإمكانات الواعدة. لكننا مطالبون بشدة لخلق بيئة وجسم ثابت (لتكن الجمعية السودانية لإدارة المعرفة) من أجل إستدامة ونشر ثقافة إدارة المعرفة ، ولتجسير الهوة بين المجهود العلمي وتطبيقاته وبالأخص فيما يتعلق بالتخطيط الإستراتيجي ودعم إتخاذ القرار لإدارة الموارد العامة. ليس من الحكمة بمكان إهدار هذا المجهود الضخم من دون جدوي. شكرا

Suhaila Eltayeb (Student Committee  - Chair of Poster Session)

First of all, I would like to welcome you all to the closure session of our successful workshop that we all feel proud to be part of.

I am standing here to talk about the experience that I gained from the workshop, and to talk on behalf of the students those who got involved in organizing this workshop.

I will start with my own experience. I learned the team work, and how to plan and think as a part of a group. I visited places that I did not think that I will go to before, and I developed a large network of people from different ages and specializations that I did not develop in years. I even learned how to write proficiently which helped me a lot in my career.

If I am in a position to talk on behalf of the students, I think that each one of them has experiences gained depending on the role and what he or she did for the workshop, but I think we all agree on that this workshop raised our self confidence. How is that? Here is it: The planning for the workshop depends mainly on voluntary work, students were assigned the tasks that they volunteered to do. I t was amazing that if one of us has been assigned a task, he or she take the complete responsibility of it. We felt that Dr. Gada and the team of KMCA says to each one of us that we believe in you, we do trust you and we are absolute that you can and you will accomplish it successfully. No one said to us that you are still young, or you may not do that alone or in the right way. Moreover, we absolutely felt that our effort is really appreciated, no matter it was small or big.

I did not experience a voluntary work that is hard and tough, but still a lot of people were enthusiastic to be part of it. The community of KMCA was growing and getting larger and larger every single day.

I am really glad to be part of such fabulous workshop and I would like to thank all people who participated in organizing KMCA, really you are stars. And I want to say to Dr. Gada that you are a person who can change the work, really you are and you proved that.

انا حاسه انو مريت بتجربه كنت منتظراها و بحاجه اليها عشن اقدر احدد مسار حياتي العمليه و العلميه لقدام وانا فخوره لقيادتي فريق ال أوبن سورس
اعضاء مميزين من جامعة الخرطوم طلبه و طالبات و خريجين ماشالله و هارد وركرز , و كلنا حسينا بقيمة الاوبن سورس و اهميتو و الحاجه دي نحن ما مستغلنها
في المجتمع بصوره كويسه و المعرض الحمدلله نال اعجاب كتيرين من الحضور حتى ناس وزارة الصحة ووكالة سونا اخدو كونتاكت البريزينتر و اسم السوفتوير وطلعنا بفكره انو في المرات   القادمه مابس عايزين 
نعرض  السوفتويرز عايزين كمان نكون طورنا في الكود و نكيفا لاحتياجاتنا

انا ممثل لزملائي في السيشن الخاص بالمعارف المحلية وبالنيابة عنهم 
الشكر لكل الذين ساهمو معنا في انجاح هذا العمل ولولاهم لما كان 
ذخيرة ضخمة جدا من المعارف موجودة في الانظمة المحلية 
173لغة هي عدد اللغات الموجودة في السودان ,نظم محلية للعلاج 
نظم محلية للتجميل ,صناعات محلية بجودة عالية 
في تقديري تحتاج المعارف الموجودة في الانظمة المحلية الي عمل ورش لبعثها من جديد
وقد حاولنا تقديم لمحة من المعارف المحلية
الورشة كان فرصة جيد ة بالنسبة لينا للمس ومحاولة تصور المعارف الموجودة في السودان
الشكر موصول منى ومن زملائي للزولة الرائعة المتواضعة صاحبة المجهود الجبار دكتورة غادة كدودة

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم والصلاة والسلام علي خير المرسلين سيدنا محمد بن عبدالله  و بعد   

       في البداية  اوصل رساله لكل الحاضرين من كسلا وبقول ليهم دبايوا  - أيتانينا – أوكوبام  أفتكر كانت البداية لنا  بالرسالة التي وصلتنا من د.غادة بزيارة الشباب أ.محمد الفاتح – أ.التجاني بشير  و ابوبكر الطيب و سهيلة الطيب و غادة سيف الدين  للتنوير بالورشة من هنا جاءتنا فكرة لو عندك فكرة وانا عندي فكرة ، وفكرتي علي فكرتك نكون تحصلنا علي مجموعة من الأفكار (تخيل افكار شخصين ) ما بالكم لو كان هناك مجموعة من الخبراء و المتخصيين في مجال محدد من  هنا بدأ التفكير بالمشاركة في ورشة إدارة المعرفة  وكان المحفز الأكبر  زيارة الشباب و المحفز الأكبر جدا هو د.غادة فاروق كدودة  (وكانت تزور جامعة كسلا بصورة مستمرة وأفتكر هي ضمن أعضاء هيئة التدريس الموجودة بجامعة كسلا كلية الحاسوب ) نشكرها جزيل الشكر لإتاحة الفرصة بالمشاركة وافتكر  ان جامعة كسلا  شاركت بأكبر عدد من المشاركات في ال poster session  .

الورشة كانت  إضافة كبيرة كون نتلاقي مع مجموعة من الخبراء من داخل وخارج البلاد وافتكر مهما إتكلمنا لن نستطيع ان نحصي الفوائد التي تحصلنا عليها (افتكر السكوت افضل تعبير عن ذلك )

اشكر كل الذين ساهموا في إنجاح الورشة من منظمين وراعين وطلاب .وشكرا

On behalf of colleagues and on my own I want to thank those who participated in the success of this workshop, led by Dr. gada kadoda and all those who participated in this workshop, by me it was a great experience, I can not Describe to you , Stand  in front of you was a badge of honor to me ,And I want to thank you for given us this golden opportunity for the student like me, and I recommend more of these opportunities for the student,And I repeat my sincere thanks and respect to all of you and I hope for all further progress.
